Return Process:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your items.

  3. Package Your Return: Pack your candles securely in the original packaging, if possible, or in a well-padded box to prevent damage during transit. Include a copy of your original order confirmation or packing slip.

  4. Ship Your Return: Affix the provided return label, including the RA number, to the outside of the package. Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Luke Candle Co is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the items. If the products are in their original condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or exchange the items, as per your preference.

Exceptions:

  1. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  2. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
